Guest Rick Research
Looks fine to me. Some sort of civilian who was in a military official's wartime job. Must be a pre-1915 Italian Order. Given the time gap while Germany and Italy were enemies during and after the war, I'd expect anyone decorated when Benito and Adolf decided to be pals after all in 1937 to have gotten the Officer rather than Knight grade.Impossible to guess what SORT of person from this combination. You need a nice Epson scanner. No other kind. No "bargain" second bests.
