Kev in Deva
Back Cover:-As can be seen, the book has been carried alot, folded, the inner staples are rusty, its grubbybut I have to say its the first R. P. R. Livret Militar that I have seen here in Romania, all the more interesting that its from a man who lived in a village near to Cugir, which is home to the Romanian Kalashnikov production facility.(Cugir is also the home town of my dear wife, Adriana )Kevin in Deva.
Guest Rick Research
The rivet lettering is something I've never encountered on ANYTHING before. You realize what this means? You are now morally obligated to sek out OTHER Ministries' identification paperwork to check THEIRS out. Meanwhile, anxiously awaiting back-filled translations please. My official translator is still off sick, mention of nice sweet things as a treat for taking a look are greeted with a very green face and a stern reminder that treats are on the banned list post operation for at least a month. Will try to rope in a replacement translator as soon as possible.Kevin in Deva. Edited December 13, 2008 by Kev in Deva
