Does anyone have a picture of PLM Tr?ger Frhr. Curt/Kurt von Wangenheim (1862-1937, wartime commander of Gren Rgt 89). If you do I would really appreciate it if you would post it here. Thanks!

Here is a pic from an Edla von Wangenheim taken in Florianopolis in 1934. Do not know if they are related but the man in the white suit sure looks like your colonel.

I also see a tremendous resemblance to him with Hans von Wangenheim, ambassador to Turkey that was born in 1859 and died in 1915. Perhaps a brother or 1st Cousin?

These might provide some leads for you. Steve
