Legion of Frontiersmen (that's an "interesting" Google in itself)... A connection to the CIA - "IMOS Inter-Allied Distinguished Service Cross, Order of The Sphinx, presented by the Legion of Frontiersmen" to a CIA disguise guru... OMSA has a nice image...
