Which von Pechmann is it?

A picture from the etate Oberstleutnant Leupold (Kommandeur - K?niglich Bayerisches Reserve-Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 12)

The inscription on the back reads:

Aufgenommen von Kunstmaler H. Heidner beim Sportfest des I. Bataillons in Orene am 20.8.17 ... Leupold

"(picture) taken by art-painter H. Heidner at the track-meet of the 1st battalion in Orene on August 2o 1917 ... Leupold"

...... von Tein ............................................................ Hauptmann von Pechmann ........ (Oberstleutnant Leupold ?) ................. Hauptmann Rutz

looks like a 24 on the shoulder board

I believe this is Oberstleutnant Leupold

Oberleutnant Bruno von Tein (b. 20.07.88) was overwhelmed in a Lithuanian "Little Big Horn" at Namajumi on 21.05.19

Ludwig Leupold (b. 1869) was dismissed in 1924 in grade as Oberst commanding the Infantry School in Munich for having failed to restrain his students from joining Hitler's Beer Hall Putsch on the night of 8/9 November 1923.

Rutz is presumably Ottmar, dR in KB Inf Rgt 1 before the war.
