Hello ,can anyone tell me what could be this cross brought back from Surinam ?

There is the Surinam Coat of Arm in center and surronded by 4 letters.

What does means the letter S A S C

Could it be : Surinam Army Service Cross ?

Reverse is marke Kon -Begeer / Vooschoten

Any idea ?
