stephenmiller Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 Are there any photos of the Indian and Pakistani navy pilot and observer wings?I am sure they are in the familiar style of the Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm wings pattern.
Ed_Haynes Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 (edited) I would suspect, given the size that these would be rather uncommon, especially for Pakistan. See:http://www.bharat-rakshak.com/NAVY/Air-Arm.htmlhttp://www.paknavy.gov.pk/naval_airarm.htmMost air operations are the duty of the respective air forces. Edited February 7, 2009 by Ed_Haynes
Ed_Haynes Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 Just as a footnote, while I don't know any Indian naval aviators, the folks I know wear submarine and surface warfare badges that are much more derived from US that from UK models.I've never collected badges, sorry.
