Unknown - Imperial German Ribbon Bar

Hallo Everyone,

Yesterday I came across four piece WW1 German ribbon bar. Its been a few years since I've actively collected ribbon bars. A couple of questions - is the second from left for Bavarian War Service Cross? and what is the third from left ribbon for ? and what does the mini round metal laurel wreath mean.

The second ribbon is for the Bavarian Military Merit Order 4th class with X

The third ribbon is for the Austrian Military Merit Order 3rd clas with war decoration

Nice junior officer's ribbon bar in excellent condition. From the mounting precedence, after 1938-- so he was probably back in wartime uniform again.
