DDR URKUNDE presented to Foreign Nationals

Yesterday, at the monthly Militaria Show in Budapest, I bought a group of documents to a young Hungarian woman who was in the Hungarian Youth Organization (?TT?R? - for youth from ages 12 to 16) that was the equivalent of the Young Pioneers in the DDR. Two of the documents were URKUNDE from what appears to be a sports meet at the Zentral Pioneerlager "GEORGI DIMITROFF" that was obviously attended by foriegn youth organizations. At least some Hungarian youth were there. One URKUNDE is for placing first in a race and the other one seems to be for attanding the meeting.
