1st image. Horse artillary or as we say in Turkish "Koşulu Top?u" riding infront of the Taksim Artillary Barracks. or in Turkish "Taksim Top?u Kışlası" This beautiful artillary barracs was builded during the reign of Sultan Abd?lmecit (1839-61) destroyed in 1939 during the republican period to build modern dwellings. Today the area is a park and centrum of Istanbul. The world famous district called Taksim.
