Named Italian Medal for Legionari Spagna

This was a Vet bring back and ..I think it was a un-offical award given to Vol who returned from Spain. It does have the official Savoy Knot and the Fasces but ..I have not been able to find any pictures ref of it in any of my books. Have any of you seen one like it before ? Thanks --Mike

I have some books that deal with Italian medals related to Spanish Civil war but I could not find yours, probably because it was a local award limited to "volunteers" from the city of Pisa.

Thanks for that ..The City of Pisa must have spent some Lira on it because it is a nice quality cased medal ..not the typical "souvenir" grade one would expect from a City Gov.
