Motorhead Posted June 10, 2009 Posted June 10, 2009 I've got a bit time at the moment and so I went thru the "undocumented" 2nd classes I have stored in a box.You know, all these crosses you've picked up and then forgot to archive them. Here's something that I found....From the stamped ribbon ring its a CD. And a 935......But the cross? the ribbon ring is thinner as usual found on CD crosses. The core design is close but clearly different.Look at the numbers-the distance between the 9 and the one....I remember an older thread(I can't find it anymore) where Mike and I had a kind of a controversial discussion about a "square" EK1.Finally we found out here ar two different core designs.So-could it be that they (Carl Dillenius) have made 2nd classes also with something like the 2nd core design of the "square" crosses?Hmmm........Anyway,here are the pics.Micha

Glenn R Posted June 10, 2009 Posted June 10, 2009 Great find Micha. Still one of my favourite makers. Interesting to see the subtle core variations.
