Scott Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 (edited) Anyone know what medal/badge Himmler is wearing on his pocket? It also appears Franco is wearing his Medalla Militar as a clasp without the ribbon (?). Based on the ribbons/decorations worn by a few others in the photo, it was taken after September 1939. Dolfek Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 It also appears Franco is wearing his Medalla Militar as a clasp without the ribbon (?). What Franco is wearing, is "Laureada de San Fernando", the highest Spanish military decoration. It doesn?t have ribbon, as it?s a badge.Regards,Dolfek.
