Order of the Golden Grain Documents

Hi all,

I thought that I would share my two Order of the Golden Grain documents. The first is for the six class, awarded to an a foreigner who was an official at the Maritime Customs office in Zhenjiang, a city just west of Shanghai on the Yangze river. It was awarded for "excellent service."

The second is for a third class award and was awarded to an American named Ford for "building good relations." This document is signed by then president of the republic Li Yuanhong.

Does anyone else have republic era documents to share?
