Opinion about this HJ Knife

Hi folks,

This is not my field of collecting, so I would like to hear your opinions about this HJ knife.

I'm aware that its blade was sharpened and polished and has a couple of small dents. The hanger is damaged to some extent, but the knife seem to be a correct one.

Any thoughts?

I bought almost exactly the same knife @ 1974 for 50p. Mine was minus the diamond, but I reckon it's real.
