This came in the other day. These were issued yearly form what I have found out so far. They started in 1936, mine is 1941-42, and I have seen a42/43 one as well. It's about 6 x5 inches and about 3 inches thick. All told about 1750 pages. There are 43 different chapters in it.

A little of everything in this book at the start there is a "On this day" with special occasions for the following year, address for all the Ministries

Theres a uniform section with the only picture plates - 6 pages - with some basic army badges and uniforms and rank insignia for The Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia

Looks like phenomenally detailed regulations about pensions and pay and that sort of thing, but no lists of actaul administrative personnel?
