I'm afraid not. I've seen a similar one with just the "M" with a simple rope style twist around the edge, but not with the "S" & the leaves.

What is wriiten on the pin plate, I can't read it with the glare?

Apparently this is a "Reichsarbeitsgemeinschaft f?r Berufserziehung im Deutschen Gastst?ttengewerbe." Which with my very bad German, I think is something to do with catering........
