Riley1965 Posted October 20, 2009 Share Posted October 20, 2009 (edited) I bought these two medals from an Iraqi medal dealer in Baghdad. He said that they were Kuwaiti. There are two classes Silver and bronze and there should be a Gold Class which i may never find. The literal meaning of Taqdir Qu'ran is Predestination. A possible translation would be Order of Predestination... The ribbon is hand-woven individual stripes sewn together. Very nice enamel. Heavy medallions. Like Ed has said their is nothing showing that this is from Kuwait. The colors of the stripes could belong to any of the Arab States. Any help is appreciated.
