help! needed to id these silk US navy ranks.

Hi,

This is not what i buy but they came up cheap over here in the UK.I brought them as ww1 US Navy silks.I dont think thery are maybe ww2.If any one can tell me how old they are and what they are that would be good.

What you have are items used on children's clothing; jackets, decorator items...no military connection.
