Are you talking about the stars of an arab Order like the wisam al Rafidain?? The kingdom wisam al Rafidain has 7 points and the Republic has 8 I think this means the Orginal Arab states or tribes of unity or Islamic.

Are you talking about an enamelled image painted on like the star with crescent moon???

I would really like to know??? So we can clear all of this up..
