a nice 1. class document from the "Schützen Bruno Bernsdorff" sign from the battalion-commander "von Grolman" (I hope that's correct!?).

Yes--Heinrich von Grolman (1874-1933) was a Hauptmann in GR 7 before the war and retired as char. Oberstleutnant aD. Son of († 1904) Gen d Inf Ernst vG.

This is a very nice regimental Urkunde showing the transition from an Old Army unit to its Provisional Reichswehr equivalent. :cheers:
