Hi,

if I want copies of an officers records (WW1), what is the going cost for research and who can you recommend to do it ASAP?

Chris: The cost of having a researcher obtain officers' papers is usually £10 to £20 plus the cost of copying the papers. Jonathan Collins (www.jcollinsmedals.co.uk/) will obtain papers for you digitally and send them on a CD. If you can give me the name of your officer and his regiment I will what I can find on him in my library. Regards, Gunner 1
