Mongolia Order of the Polar Star opinion please

I have an Order of the Polar Star which I purchased in 2001 which seems to meet the criteria of a T3V3 except it has a concave reverse. The serial number is 11052 and according to several of the members it should have a flat back.

The weight of the Order is 48.8 g. without the retaining nut and the width from the point at 10 o'clock to the 2 o'clock point is 47 mm.

I am posting pictures of the Order and give me your opinion please. Thank you.
