pmargulies Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 Picked this up over the weekend in Bucharest. Second time in as many weeks I've picked up a medal group which I know nothing about.
pmargulies Posted April 13, 2010 Author Posted April 13, 2010 It is hallmarked TASSET, not sure how easy it is to read with the re-size.

pmargulies Posted April 16, 2010 Author Posted April 16, 2010 good lord-Bucharest! How much? I paid 400 RON, down from 800. It is about 130 US which is the same I paid for the Indian Volunteer Forces Medal Group named to CAPT. A. Peebles, located in the Great Britain: Medals of the British Empire, Honours and Awards forum. The seller had a few more Spanish awards, but I was tapped out after the 400 RON. I will go back this weekend and see if it is still there. Passed on a really nice WW1/2 Italian miniature medal group the intervening weekend between the British and Spanish medal groups.
