This one [posted for a collecting Buddy] is a real winner, IMO. It pictures some type of fairly informal Class [i'm guessing Semaphore, based upon the 2 Flags at the lower center.] The guys [? Cadets] are dressed informally & several men are even bare footed! Ages of the men seem to vary quite a bit. The WSP NCO, Center, must be highly regarded by his group, as they seem to proudly crowd around him.
