EK 1939 EK2 Maker opinions please!?!

Hello everyone on the forum,

I would like to post one of my parade mounted EK2`s, on which Im not quite sure on the maker, and i would appreciate your thoughts concerning the name of the maker.

I think that its either a 23 or 24, but i am not sure, maybe im totally wrong. The link below takes you to the photos that are on my website ;

Hi,

the cross on the medalbar is a 23 with Meybauer core....:D
