found this Austrian military Merit cross with green enamel on the wreath on the fleamarket.

From which time period is it, which class, value, original?

Size is 3 cm.

No stamps or marks on it.

from what I can see in the pictures, it seems that there should be marks on the suspension loop.

It's a nice looking piece of the variation with green-enamelled KD, dating from the early 20th Century/beginning of WW1.
