France Fourragere TOE with olive MM

I do not know this: a fourragere CG TOE with an olive of the MM.

Can anybody explain?

Maybe it is the photograph but it looks more like some sort of airborne/parachutist forragère.

There's no such animal to my knowledge... Looks like a perfectly good fourragère TOE but the olive definitely doesn't go there. There is no olive worn on a fourragère TOE. TOE olives are worn on the MM, CdG and LoH fourragères.
