Chris Boonzaier Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 I forgot I had these... digging around for a missing EK2 document turned them up. I try and try and try to keep some kind of order in my collection.... and fail all the time.... In the back of my head I have the thought that Hjalmer B Johnson died of disease without leaving the states....
Chris Boonzaier Posted July 29, 2010 Author Posted July 29, 2010 Have no idea why I think he died of disease... I think he was 337th MG Bn? 33"?"th ... last number is difficult to read....
Chris Boonzaier Posted July 29, 2010 Author Posted July 29, 2010 Winfield M Putnam is more interesting IMHO and I have an article in the works about the battle he died in...
Chris Liontas Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 These are awesome! Thanks for posting Chris. I have one coming from the 127th Infantry and a copy of one to the 126th. I will post those. Very nice documents. I am on the hunt for one to one of my pilots shot down over Cambrai in 1918.
