Rise of the Nazi's... fault of the allies?

This discussion really starts to bother me to the point that I am considering leaving this forum. Not because of the politics or that I'm in disagreement with anyone's opinion.

No, it affects me in a very personal way.

I think of my Grandmother that lost both of her sons and her husband. She and her daughter, my mother, were the only survivors of that family.

I think of my father that survived four years of war, his brother that perished at Stalingrad and the father he hardly remembers.

I grew up never knowing my Uncles or Grandfathers - in a neighborhood of broken men and displaced women without husbands.

Yes, Germany had it coming and the Nazi evil needed to be stopped ... but I also mourn my people.
