Awarded 7/10/1936. The second was awarded to Akada Daisaburou (or Tasaburou) on 11/10/1940. This gentleman has no military rank noted, but he had achieved the Junior 5th Rank (Colonel if an Army soldier) and had received the 4th Class ST or RS and the 5th Class Golden Kite.
