Chris Boonzaier Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 I would assume this was issued at the time when the HJ was going about swallowing up all other youth organisations. maybe the process was not yet finished so it is more of a transitional era doc.Old guard moving over, new guard taking over.
