Info needed on Thai lady in waiting medal

Hi all. eBay has been coming up with a few medals lately called Thailand lady in waiting

Research on the Thai government website did not find anything nor a search on good old google

Can any Thai collector here shed some light on the award? Is it some kind of sweet heart medal? I'm sure I have noticed a few different ones though which may lend to different classes or time periods

as previously noted, I have seen this type of medal with different images of ladies, suggesting a class system or maybe just a image of the sweet heart

This is not really a medal or award - just a regular pin attached to a ribbon.

I've seen them in a few places around the 'net. You can find them in Thailand easily, but without the ribbon attached. Here are a few pictures.
