Turkey 2 possible Ottoman Medal

Hello. I have two medals that appear to be Ottoman (or some other Arabic country). I have attached a low resolution photo of the front of one to this medals, but I have high resolution photos of BOTH medals in a PhotoBucket album, at this link:

Can anyone help me identify one or both?

I did not check the link , but this one , which you pasted it's picture here is Not an official medal , It is an Un-Official Ottoman Medal ( Other Name Jewish Medal) period II.Abdulhamid made after the 2nd. Constitutional Monarchy (Mesrutiyet) ...

More then this info , i believe you interest with their value , and they do NOT make high value...
