Turkey help with translation

I need some help in translating the engraving of a Imtiaz medal in silver. To be true, a name was told to me, but I am not able to confirm this name without your assistance

Hello Komtur ,

It is written there " Prens Hayiz Hazretleri " . Which means awarded to "Prince Haiz Nibs" . There is no date inscribed.

I do not know this Prince but to the High Level Royality , Silver "Big Imtiyaz Medal" was awarded together with the Gold one.

Many thanks for that help! In between I got the translation. I was not aware, that this old osmanian writing is so difficult to read. It means His Highness Prince Heinrich. It is the medal for the Grandadmiral and brother of the Kaiser.
