Heer German Eagle Order 4-th Class Real or Fake

Hi,

I would like your opinion on the German Eagle Order 4-th Class

I have not seen this patern in any books, however I have seen it for sale by few Dealers in US and Germany.

It is 50 mm in diameter it is marked on the pin 900 and 21

It appears to be silver/ gilded
