Medal Bar research help needed

I am attempting to ID the below medal bar. The back of the bar is light gray. I have looked in almost all PRL from 1887 - 1914 and can't find the match. I just found a possibility in the 1900 RL. A Oblt. Bracke of Landwehrbezirk I Essen. He has the Portaguse Order of Christ, 3rd class (PC3). I can not find him after 1902. If you have the 1901 PRL would you look this person up and see what awards he has listed? I appreciate the help.

in 1901 he still has only the PC3 , no more things...
