For Research Rosetta Stone?: H&S to OEK, OEK to H&S

Is there, or did anyone compile, an index to find an H&S # to its equivalent OEK # and vise-versa?

For example;

OEK1965/1 = H&S399

H&S399 = OEK1965/1

Pretty old question, I know, but: there's no concordance list that I'd be aware of!
