E Williams Posted October 4, 2013 Share Posted October 4, 2013 Ed, when you say "weapons", do you mean only small arms or would that include artillery guns as well?Small arms, Luger, rifles, bayonets etc etc. It's breaks down unit type and what and how many men, their weapons by rank would have been issued. Although it doesn't give "every" unit like other books, it still is a book to have. There might be an even better book that I'm not aware of...yet. The book I posted by Jeff Noll I posted earlier in on this thread is also a great book based on regimental markings of known and documented firearms and sidearms and not just Lugers. I have two questions: - is there any book that would describe all or most of German awards until 1918? It would be nice to have it in English. I have Neville's Medal Ribbons and Orders... but I am not sure if it covers all awards. - second - I have birthday today (30!), what would you recommend to buy as a gift up to EUR150?
