New Iraqi insignia

I want to share with you all a few new sets of shoulder slides that have come in. There are a few more on the horizon as well.

The first one is for an officer candidate. The second set is for a 1st Lt. The hat badges came with the items with the auctions. Pretty good score!

This set is for a Colonel(pre 1991 German contract embroidery). The flag is an attempt to replace the one that was disposed of for me... It is not the same, but it is authentic.

Yeah... That is the one. I dont think that I will ever get over that. She also got rid of my DCUs with arabic translations on the name tapes and my grandfather's rifles; all without my input while I was away on a deployment. I still have everything else. Fortunately, I donated one set of my DCUs to a VFW, so they are not all gone.

This will not repeat itself again... :(
