Fariz
Would it be possible to determine if this unmarked PAB in Bronze is an early or late war example and who the maker was? Apologies for the quality of the pics. Bought this in the mid-1990's.
J Temple-West
Looks like either a cast copy of an original.... or, going on what appears to be corrosion, something like a 'ground dug' piece.... Definitely better pictures needed, Fariz
Fariz
Thanks, John. Will post better pics soon. Why would would anyone make a cast copy of an original, would it be to sell it off as an orginal? Got it from Ulric in 95.

Hi Fariz One of the major hazards of collecting...There have been fakes of original items since the wheel was invented, in fact you can most likely buy a Chinese copy the original wheel on ebay! You may want to have a look at the 'fakes' section to acquaint yourself with what's out there..some good, some bad....it's a minefield. I look forward to the pics, Let's hope that they will show your badge to be okay
