Soviet Military release documents

Are they many variations of this kind of military release documents? I'm not sure if I use the proper term in English. Please correct me if so. Here is the only one I have in my collection.

There are slightly different versions over the many long years they were issued, and differences between issues for generals, officers, and NCOs like the Sergeant here.

Yeah, sure, released from obligation for military service BUT... still detailed listing of military experience, the purpose of which was to get old veterans back IMMEDIATELY into recalled positions for any new wartime emergency, so that they could be assigned where they had the greatest experience and skills. 82mm mortar platoon chief?
