Bavaria Silver Military Merit Medal for review

Hi Gents,

I am having a look at this Maximilian Joseph Silver Bravery Medal, which is NOT marked J. RIES under the bust and does not seems to be made of silver. Would you say it´s original nontheless or a plain copy? I am most inclined to say its fake but I have not yet researched enough of these pieces.
