Unidentified Medal identification please

Can anyone tell me about this medal that was with my Great Uncle's medals. He was in the British Army in World War I and the Australian Air Force in World War II.

It appears to be a medal for regular attendance at church or a church-related school or organization. The "Feed My Lambs" inscription is a biblical reference (John 21:15) often used by schools. The light construction and stickpin attachment also points toward a non-governmental source.

It looks like the writing at the bottom says "National Society Depot"

So yeah, Jeff's pretty much on the button!
