Does anyone know what this flag is called? I know there are personal, garrison, post, field, etc.type flags but I haven't seen one with writing just along the one side like this and with two tassels on the one corner and fringe on three sides. The tassels are a pink color (maybe faded red).

It is 33 inches wide, 27 inches high and has 2-1/4 in. fringe.
