EK 1939 What would be fair?

A friend is looking to sell me....

2 x iron-cross 2nd class 1939

ww2 black would badge,

a war merit cross with swords (silvery colour)

a war merit cross bronzey colour (mfg mark 10)

and a third reich war merit medal.

As far as i have been able to ascertain, the medals are correct (not fake)

but what would be a fair price, for both him as a seller, and myself as a buyer??

A complete min collection. I would reckon 75 each for the EKs, 25 for the kvkxs, 25 for the wound badge black and 10 for the war merit medal...but I tend to go a little low.
