For Research Franco-Prussian bar with unknown commemorative

Hello to everyone,

I picked this bar up at OVMS show last weekend. It has a commemorative medal on it that I have not seen. Has anyone seen this medal before?

That is a REALLY neat unofficial medal--not only just at the point when battle bars were being authorized along with the "25" oakleaves for Iron Crosses... but to be made out of captured French cannon--just like the 1870/71 War Medal! A really interesting one--and no indication who ISSUED it!!!!
