Hi Here's a difficult one, can anyone identify what's on his ribbon bar?, I presume that since he lost all of his British decorations etc in 1919, these are all Germanic in origin. Best count I can see 15

I think he had one of everything... and usually wore MORE than that! I've seen photos of him in the 1920s festooned with all sorts of Freikorps insignia, etc etc etc-NONE of which he was entitled to. He was a sad, sorry little man whose life would have been entirely different if he'd stayed in Britain.
