Cavalier name (thanks Oleg ) 渡邊祺十郎/Watanabe Kijyuro Active participant (in the rank of infantry colonel) of Port-Arthur siege. Let`s immortalize this doc group! Here we have his documents for 4th (for first Sino-Japanese) and 3rd class kites (for R-J)
