lambert Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 Hi All Trio to G-1228 Pte Herbert Lambert The Queen's Regiment ( Royal West Surrey ) The 1911 Census shows him living in Croydon with his wife and two children at 19 Dering Road South Croydon. Herbert Lambert served with the 7th Battalion and landed in France 27th July 1915 and went on to serve in the MFP ( Military Foot Police ) with the number P18487 he was discharged to Class Z 12th February 1919.
